From nothing to your first campaign
Five steps, once. Pick one on the left and the panel beside it says exactly what it involves, what it buys you and what to press.

Register a workspace
Go to the site, click "Create a workspace" / "Create account", and sign up with an e-mail and password. On first sign-in, your workspace (lists, message template, pacing settings, delivery log) is created and is private to your account only.
Key advantages
- Every list, template and log is scoped to your account and nobody else's.
- Nothing is charged and nothing is sent until you press start yourself.
- Sign in from any machine and the same workspace opens where you left it.
What to do
- Press Create a workspace and enter your e-mail address.
- Choose a password of ten characters or more.
- Sign in - the console opens with a sample list already loaded.
- Your workspace is automatically created and private to you.
Your workspace is securely isolated to your account only.

Fetch your sender key
Sign in and go to the Account page. There you will find your personal Sender Key (a long private string, shown masked with Show/Copy buttons). This key is what lets your local sender program talk only to your own workspace and nobody else's.

- Your key ensures your sender program only communicates with your private workspace.
- One secret, rotatable in a click - no OAuth dance, no third-party account.
- A leaked key is dead the moment you issue a new one.
What to do
- Sign in and go to Account.
- Locate your personal Sender Key.
- Press Show, then Copy.
- Keep it secure—it is what connects your local computer to your workspace.
Treat this key like a password: never share it.

Download and run the sender
On the Account page, click "Download sender (ZIP)" to get the Windows sender program. Create a folder on your computer (e.g. Desktop > "WhatsApp Agent"), move the downloaded ZIP file into it, and extract the exe into that same folder. Then, open that folder, type cmd in the address bar, and press Enter to open a Command Prompt.

- Your WhatsApp session never leaves your own machine.
- The sender program polls for work, so it can be started before or after a campaign.
- Scan the QR code once; the session is remembered in a local browser profile.
What to do
- Click Download sender (ZIP) on the Account page.
- Create a folder (e.g. "WhatsApp Agent" on your Desktop).
- Move the downloaded ZIP file into that folder.
- Extract the ZIP file so that runner_client.exe is directly inside that folder.
- Type
cmdin the folder's address bar and press Enter. - Copy and paste the ready-made command from the Account page into the terminal.
- Press Enter and wait for "SENDER READY" / "connected" to appear.

Load a list and write one message
Back in the browser, go to the Console (dashboard) tab. There you can upload/select a recipient list (CSV) and write the message you want to send. You can use a {name} placeholder in your message for personalization.

- Go to the Console tab.
- Upload your CSV list or select an existing one.
- Write your message template, using

Step 5 of 5 · hands-off
Launch, watch, keep the receipt
Click "Start sending". A browser window (Edge/Chrome) will open automatically on your computer showing a WhatsApp Web QR code. Scan it once with your phone (WhatsApp > Settings > Linked devices > Link a device). Sending will begin automatically within a few seconds.

What to do
- Click Start sending in the Console.
- Scan the WhatsApp Web QR code with your phone.
- Sending begins automatically.

- Download your delivery log from the Account page when done.

What this is not
- Not a way around WhatsApp's terms of service. Automating WhatsApp Web breaks them, and bulk unsolicited messaging is the fastest way to lose a number. That risk is yours.
- Not a lead source. Bring people who opted in - customers, subscribers, contacts who asked for the update.
- Not a mass mailer. The pacing is not a setting you can talk us out of; the delay floor is enforced on the server.
- Not a data grab. Your list stays in your workspace, is never shared between accounts, and is deleted when you delete it.

Nine hundred students who had all asked for the schedule, out in an afternoon. The preview is what sold me: I read the exact words back, fixed one typo, and only then pressed start.
